The prevalence of COVID-19 and its effect was spread all over the worldwide. Nepal also suffered bitterly from COVID-19. main objective this study is to identify psychological distress in patients their family members living Makawapur Gadhi Rural Municipality Makawanpur district. data collected 30 households who were suffering infection result shows that 26.7% respondents felt no distress, while 60% moderate 13.3% severe pandemic From statistical analysis, there significant demographic variables (Gender, Caste, Age, Education, Employment Status, Patients types) on level distress.
